Well that is spring sorted: Now all I got to do, is to mix it and wait, wait and wait. Should have a batch of Fresh Draught (4.6%), American Blonde Ale (5.6%) and Authentic Ale (6.0%) when done.
Since I only got one FV I have to stagger the brewing so the lager should be ready in two months, the blonde in three and the authentic ale in about five. But to get extra flavour might have to wait 1-2 month extra on each.

500g Light Dry Malt
25g Motueka Hop Pellets
25g Vic Secret Hop Pellets
One sachet of BRY-97 (or Ale yeast of your choice)
