A distinctively darker bitter, with a really moreish taste and a very drinkable strength – it makes the ideal session beer. Most popular in the Lake District, Jennings heartland, but it is appreciated by countless drinkers in many other parts if the county too. Jennings Bitter is the original beer to come from the Cockermouth brewery and been brewed for over a hundred years.
Bitter has won the Campaign for Real Ale Award for the Champion Beer of the North West 2009

Sadly can’t remember this one, but must be good as all the other brews from Jennings are good.
Well I clearly need to get another bottle as they have change the label again. But this still looks good.
