Harrington’s Breweries – Kiwi Draught
Brewery : Harrington’s Breweries
Name : Kiwi Draught
Country : New Zealand
Style : Draught
ABV/VOL/ALC : 4%
Note from brewery :
The real classic New Zealand Draught. A commercial style draught light in mouth feel, sweet overtones accompanied with a biscuit like flavour and lightly hopped.
Note from the taster :
Got accosted by a sales person in the supermarket offering me free beer, rude to say no to that offer. Since I had enjoyed the Pig & Whistle from the same brewery the day before I took the offer of $2.5 of the price and got the draught. A good drink, I would agree with the classic as in the a typical draught and very enjoyable to drink. Great with BBQ, it went down nicely with a not so spicy Bierstick from Hellers NZ’s butchers.
On second tasting it reminded me of Faxe Fad a beer that my mum and dad drank when I was just half a pint.
